Karakoram Adventure Holidays is a locally based, registered tour, trekking, and adventure company with license no. DTS-GB/TO-134 and over 25 years of experience helping travellers explore the breathtaking landscapes of Gilgit-Baltistan and Northern Pakistan.
Mr Anis Ul Hussain founded the company in 2012, building on his years of firsthand experience in the tourism industry. Before establishing Karakoram Adventure Holidays, he worked as a freelance tour guide from 2002 to 2012, gaining extensive knowledge of the region, its destinations, cultures and the needs of travellers from around the world.
Since its establishment, Karakoram Adventure Holidays has successfully operated 500+ tours and welcomed thousands of guests from around the world. Over the years, we have continued to share our passion for the mountains, landscapes, and culture of Northern Pakistan through carefully planned, authentic travel experiences.
Our team is made up of local people from Gilgit-Baltistan who know these mountains, valleys, roads and communities firsthand. From the hidden corners of Skardu to remote valleys and the world-renowned trekking routes of the Karakoram, our local knowledge helps us create more authentic, meaningful, and well-planned journeys.
